Pakhus 1 was a Danish jazz-rock fusion band from Copenhagen, who was active on the music scene in Scandinavia in the second half of the 1970's. The band had it’s own original and distinct young Scandinavian sound, although the members were also inspired by the world names on the fusion scene in the 1970’s. Pakhus 1 was founded in 1976 by two classical guitar players, Fredrik Søegaard and Frank Jensen. The original version of the band existed until 1978 with Henrik Schaltz, aka "The King" on drums and two later members of the Danish reggae hitband Tøsedrengene: Aage Hagen on keyboards...
