Tamise

Tamise is the folk duo of Juliette Bertrand and Jon Debande. They met in 2019 and soon began writing songs together. In 2021, they chose life on the road, became buskers and spent three years travelling across Europe, from Portugal and Ireland to Germany and Belgium. Back in France, they kept playing in the Paris métro with the Musiciens du Métro network, where the project found its full shape. Based in Bordeaux since 2024, they make stripped-back folk built around vocal harmonies and a set of compact travel instruments.
