Na'ama Zisser is a London-based composer. Originally classically trained, her work is visually driven and often collaborative with other art forms, focusing on opera, contemporary dance, staged performances, media, and instrumental music. Her music is concerned with intonation, textures, repetition, intimacy and nostalgia, and has been described as ‘free of cliches’ (The Guardian). Zisser has been commissioned by and worked with prestigious institutions including The Royal Opera House, London Symphony Orchestra, and the BBC, among others.
