Motive Inc. is a solo project by Zach Hale. After spending his first 20 years of life living in a small town in Alaska, Zach wanted to go against the grain of his peers and local townfolk. He didn't want to see the same people and the same sights every day forever. He enlisted in the Navy and spent 8 years doing and seeing things he never thought he'd actually have a chance to. While active duty, he met people who actually understood him. These people turned out to be Zach's greatest friends and they are the ones who convinced him to focus on making music.
