David Ruiz was born in Puertollano (Spain), is an awarded Bassist, Composer, Arranger and Educator. He started playing electric bass, guitar and keyboard during his teens, influenced by multiple music genres like rock, flamenco and blues. At the age of 16 he started working as a touring musician. In 2005 he moved to San Sebastián to major electric bass at MUSIKENE, receiving several scholarships from the aid program for coal mining areas.
