Emily Simmons is a British singer-songwriter whose music has been described as having “thoughtful songwriting and intricate guitar playing” with “the voice of a female Jim Morrison”. Previously a member of the band Lookout for Foxes, she is now pursuing solo endeavours and has performed at Festivals such as The Cambridge Folk Festival and Strawberry Fair. The single “New Sunrise”, a dark and moody track, is not only her first release, but the first song she ever wrote. More songs are in production, with an EP scheduled for release early 2025.
