Ridan Mahbub is a singer and songwriter from Dhaka, Bangladesh, currently based in Vancouver, Canada. While he had a brief period of training in Hindustani classical music in childhood, he began composing songs after he picked up the guitar when he was 16. From friendships and falling in love to heartbreak, self-discovery, and spirituality, Ridan tries to write relatable lyrics about different aspects of his life. He enjoys experimenting with different sounds and styles, always seeking to push the boundaries of his musical expression.
