Peter van Leeuwen was born in The Netherlands, but has been living on the Caribbean island of Curaçao since 1995. He makes his debut as a professional singer-songwriter with a dramatic song that tells the story of a man who is ‘dying all alone’: “What Is Going On” is a tribute to the healthcare workers and in memory of the victims of Covid-19, and in honor of their families and relatives.
