The German duo of Klaus & Klaus has had a couple of different incarnations (including a time when the duo was a trio), beginning with the pairing of ex-radio DJ Klaus Baumgart with the lead singer from Torfrock, Klaus Büchner. The pair had a huge German hit with their second single, "An der Nordseeküste," and the act was still popular when Büchner left the duo in 1997 to concentrate on Torfrock.
