Chrissy Murderbot is a Chicago-based DJ/producer, who makes uptempo club music (a blend of booty-bass, grime, rave, juke, and many other styles.) Seemingly a workaholic after moving from Kansas City to Chicago in 2007, he founded the record labels Dead Homies, Loose Squares, and Sleazetone. Armed with an encyclopedic knowledge of dance culture, Murderbot took it upon himself to make a mixtape per week for a full year, starting in 2009.
