KAREN MUKUPA is a Zambian-Danish hip-hop artist and a pioneer of the Danish rap scene. In the early 90s, she formed the iconic band No Name Requested with the late dancehall artist Natasja, innovating the sound of Danish rap through a unique fusion of hip-hop and dancehall. As a solo artist, Mukupa has released five albums and toured extensively across Denmark and internationally in countries such as Sweden, Norway, Finland, Germany, Italy, Kenya, and Tanzania.
