Sandbox members are Pierre "Choumy" Chaissac and Jérôme Barthez, two weirdos with an eclectic past who found each other over the love of beautiful melodies, played at the beginning on a cajon and a folk guitar with an assumed sound of wooden crates. From Noisy Pop to Americana, the duo has churned out the genres in a "campfire" way first by getting their hands on a good bunch of covers, before writing their own songs.
