Martin Ellerby studied composition with Joseph Horovitz and W S Lloyd Webber at the RCM, and later privately with Wilfred Josephs. His output includes music for orchestra, strings, choral, concert and brass bands, plus chamber and instrumental works. For many years he was Head of Composition & Contemporary Music at the LCM at the University of West London, combined with teaching for 20 years at RAF Music Services.
