Singer, songwriter, guitarist, and upright bassist Brian Capps has had a lifelong love affair with country music and early rock & roll. Born in Lebanon, MO, Capps' fascination with traditional country music began early when his parents took him to a Johnny Cash concert when he was five years old, and some of that old Sun sound must have gotten into his system, too, because a few years later he was playing in a local rockabilly band called the Cadillac Crusaders.
