Sobre Arseis
Arseis is a mediaeval black metal band from northern France. It delivers a mix of black metal, catchy riffs and extreme metal vocals in it's own way. Among the instruments are the tin whistle and a custom 13th century hurdy-gurdy (known as "vielle à manche"), which take the listener into the depths of the middle-ages. Events depicted in our songs are not meant to be historically accurate – though they sometimes are –, they are nonetheless always inspired by historical facts and mediaeval literature, such as Tristan et Yseult or other works by Chrétien de Troyes or Thomas d'Angleterr...
