With an unorthodox and brave start to her musical career at age 40, Amy Tietjen merged her life-long passions for poetry and story with song writing and performance. She began by collaborating with Sils Maria (artists Jeremy Linzee and n.w. di mauro) and playing her first shows at established NYC venues like Pianos and Rockwood Music Hall. Continuing to perform with other artists on Long Island, Amy soon found her voice.
