Lipoma was formed in July 2021, deep into the global pandemic. Inspired by the ferocity of Last Days of Humanity, the groove of Dead Infection, and the medical romanticism of Lymphatic Phlegm, a young Lipoma emerged from the adipose abyss of carnal existence. As Lipoma began releasing a series of EPs and a split with Bobby Maggard’s Infester, the influences from melodic and black metal began to take hold.
