Formed in early 2018 in Guildford, Surrey, Short Stay comprised of vocalist Celton Brown, guitarists Liam James and Alex Lucas and drummer Lawrence Aston. Soon after formation, the writing process began, delivering catchy melodies and punchy chorus’ whilst speaking about close to the heart topics such as loss and transitioning through different stages of grief. The lineup was completed in June 2018 with the addition of bassist Torin Budd and the final pieces of the puzzle were falling into place.
