Tangents was born out of a mutual love for the heavy and alternative rock sounds emanating from Perth’s music scene in the early to mid 2000s, when 2 of its members and original lead guitarist were just peachy-faced teens from the northern suburbs. After spending the better part of the past decade exploring a diverse range of genres, they opted to return to their roots and pay homage to the sound that first brought them together.
