Derrick Devon Phelps Jr., known professionally as BLB Fujin (BAG LEAF BOY), also called "Big Fu," is an American artist hailing from Jacksonville, Florida. He was born on October 22, 1995, and grew up in a household that was deeply influenced by both Black and Japanese culture. He was given the nickname "Fujin," after the Japanese god of wind, which he has carried with him throughout his life. BLB Fujin's early life was marked by tragedy and hardship.
