Anders Julsgaard

Born in the city of Aalborg, Denmark, Anders Julsgaard is a drummer and composer with a passion for contemporary jazz composing and performance. He came up as a musical child, starting to play guitar at the age of 10. At the same time, he got his first drum kit but only made the switch at the age of 16, attending Klejtrup Musikefterskole. He later graduated from Aalborg Katedralskole, MGK Nord, and The Royal Academy of Music, Aalborg, from which he holds a bachelor’s degree.
