“DOLLA BILL” DODSON a.k.a. “The Platinum Teddybear” was born Aug. 20, 1972 in Memphis, TN. He is a Southern Soul Blues Singer . His roots are based in blues, r&b and soul music. As a toddler he would perform for his family, namely his Great Grandfather Otha Joshua. Otha, who was a piano player and singer as well would often pay Dolla Bill a quarter to perform for him, in a lot of ways Dolla Bill was getting paid to do his thing at a young age.
