“WHEREISJASON?” is the brainchild of Reykjavík musicians Alfreð Drexler and Eyrún Engilbertsdóttir. The musical duo was formed on a cold winter night in a cabin in the woods, where the pair brought all their analog gear to set up a musical workshop. Thus, they conceptualized “Jason”, a fictitious personification of their musical style of experimental electro/techno. “Jason” went missing in 2021, with each song telling the story of his adventurous endeavours.
