I first cut my techno teeth as a member of Kraftreaktor in 1994 (Cape Town, ZA), a techno-trance jam based outfit that played synced midi devices mixed with live percussion and samples using some of the classic gear we all know and love including: Roland TB303, TR909, MV30, MC303, Casio FZ1 and RZ1, Alesis MMMT8 ,Moog Rogue, Waldorf Pulse +, Prophet VS and many other classic analogue and digital gear from that time. All track’s performed live at several raves and club nights, no pre-arrangement, using the 909 as the master clock, and parts triggered or faded in, knobs manipulated etc....
