Duplet, refers to the musical definition “a pair of equal notes to be performed in the time of three”, regardless of the dynamic duo, there seems to be a missing part between them as shown in their debut EP “suite”. “suite” displays the raw heartfelt emotions of the duo’s writing. Their start however, is of stark contrast to where they are now, as the duo formed as a joke in making songs like “puff”. Now, Duplet continues to write personal music that captivates and relates to their audience, as shown in the electrifyingly sorrowful “intro”, which ironically was their first song published.
