Stuiver is the moniker of Hans Vermunt, a composer and pianist crafting intimate, idiosyncratic pop songs around voice, piano and synths. His debut EP 'Leaving the Garden' is a story about doubt, regret and hope for change. Stuiver (the Dutch word for drifter, and the name of the old Dutch nickel coin) whispers, pulls you into a layered, dynamic electro-acoustic hybrid world, in which the built up tension sometimes explodes into frustration.
