With a wide vocal range spanning the lower end of the scales, NXTHN U. (pronounced Nathan U.) is a new-school contemporary R&B artist that has a strong affinity for alternative approaches to melody, including incorporation of themes of other genres such as Hip-Hop. However, he has an appreciation for the genre’s traditional roots still.
