The Snake Preachers are a three-piece Alt/Rock, Alt/Blues band from Melbourne (Narrm) Australia. They spin splintery tales that are both moody and evocative, with haunting lyrics and killer hooks. The music leans heavily into old school R&B, Rockabilly, Blues and Gospel. Combine that with a post punk pedigree and some distinctly Latin influences and you get music that is fiercely original, highly combustible and somehow still very unpredictable.
