Splintered Mind's neo hard rock sound is the passion project of a pair of Louisville, KY based musicians who came of age making music in similar circles in their hometown without ever actually meeting. When their paths finally did cross Phil Bright (guitar, keys, bass) and Carl Stuck (vocals, guitar) found that they had a common love of early hard rock as well as modern prog artists.
