In proper Belfast student band fashion the idea for the 4amclub came about by a drunken conversation among strangers, "I've a mate who wants to be in a band he plays guitar", "class I'm a singer" and the stars had aligned. In the summer of 2021 most of the heavy lockdown rules had been lifted and people could start doing people stuff again, it was then that Luke Bell (lead singer) started meeting up with Daniel Coulter (lead guitar) the contact he got from the aforementioned drunk conversation to play some music.
