Sicilian dance music act Ti.Pi.Cal., formed back in 1993, has been steadily leading the international music scene during the whole 90s, thanks to in-house productions alongside successful remixes. Ti.Pi.Cal. comes from the first letters of members surnames: Daniele TIgnino, Riccardo PIparo and Vincenzo CALlea. They became popular in 1995 with the single “The colour inside” performed by Josh Colow, which topped the Italian Single Sales Chart and lodged on top for 10 weeks in a row, becoming the second best-selling single of the year.
