After he started deejaying in his adolescent years at school dances, it wasn't until 1994 or 1995 Guy Gadbois had found his true calling, playing acid, techno and trance at rave parties in Sweden, as DJ Emphatic. Networking with local DJs helped to hone his mixing skills further and also got Guy into producing his own music, exploring rave, breakbeat and trance sounds. In 2002, he also started to make house music, using the alias Guy Gadbois and self releasing it on mp3.com.
