The Holy Temple is a psychedelic rock band based in Austin, Texas. Having gone through many iterations and names over the years, The Holy Temple was started as a solo music project by Texas born Garrett Anderson, who started recording experimental outsider music on a Tascam four track cassette recorder in high school. Drawing from a variety of influences, from The Brian Jonestown Massacre, The Black Angels, La Luz, to The 13th Floor Elevators, The Holy Temple started playing shows in 2022 and stays actively involved with Austin's psych scene, along with other associated local bands ...
