LOVE IS is a music group from Jakarta, Indonesia consisting of Jason Mountario as the founder, composer and on electric bass, Kelvin Andreas on drums, and Sri Hanuraga on piano. Initially, this group was a trio back in 2023, but was rearranged into a quartet format with Rainer James joining on saxophone to perform their second album, “Made to Believe” at Salihara International Performing Arts Festival 2024. The name LOVE IS is taken from the title of their first album which was nominated for Best Jazz Album and Best Jazz Artist at the 2023 AMI (Anugerah Musik Indonesia) Awards. LOVE IS...
