Once started as a solo home-recording project by Donald Madjid, Don Melody Club has evolved into a compelling five-member live formation. Their musical journey set off with the debut album ‘’Pure Donzin’’ released on the renowned Swiss label Bongo Joe in 2021. With this, Don gained a niche following and the album has since been dubbed a dutch cult classic. In April 2022, Don, with the full live lineup, entered the Jan Schenk studio in Amsterdam to record new work.
