Ian Vasquez also known as DEVL is a 23 year old self taught electronic music producer from Madison, Wisconsin. Releasing music only 3 years ago, DEVL's first and only album 'Pacemaker' has already won the Madison Area Music Association Award for Electronic Album of the Year in 2018.
