Mortimer Scruffy is an electronic music project. His love for music began from a young age in the late 80s and 90s, mainly from his parents tastes in various genres of music. His early interests in electronic music stemmed from artists such as The Human League, Gary Numan, Orchestral Manoeuvres in the Dark, Kraftwerk and Depeche Mode. He'd also take note of the works of electronic artists such as Jesper Kyd and Clint Mansell who work on soundtracks in the film and games industries.
