Ganjacat was formed in a garage during the pandemic of 2020 with one microphone and an old computer. What started as a musical escape quickly escalated into a wave of creative output. In 2022 Tim Roberts and Jesse Chong released the music they'd been working on as a series of singles under the name Ganjacat. Thanks to streaming algorithms, their tunes got grouped with a new wave of American reggae/rock artists.
