Sobre Santiamén
Originally from Bucaramanga and now based in Bogotá, SANTIAMÉN moves through an eclectic corner of club music where techno meets Latin rhythmic sensibilities. His sound draws from the energy of 90s and early-2000s dance music, shaped by fast percussion, bleeps, sequencers and layered polyrhythms. Vinyl plays an important role in his approach both in the booth and in the digging process, tracing the roots of the dancefloor through Detroit techno, UK acid and other strands of club music that continue to shape his selections.
