During the Deutschrap boom at the end of the 90s Roccwell founded the rap crew Dickelippen together with 3 friends, which even became newcomer of the month in an issue of JUICE magazine. When Roccwell then hung up the mic, he quickly realized that he was missing something essential, and he began to craft his first beats around 2008.
