SATHAMEL are a blackened death metal band based in Leeds, England. The band was originally formed by their vocalist Daniel Kalinowski and guitarist Nathan Caven in 2013 and was often compared to extreme metal giants such as BEHEMOTH, BOLT THROWER and DEICIDE. They quickly gained notoriety in the local scene while promoting their debut self-titled EP on the stage supporting acts like FLESHGOD APOCALYPSE, GAAHLS WYRD, BELPHEGOR, TRIBULATION and VITAL REMAINS.
