Canadian composer Christophe Beck has written music for both film and television. He debuted to acclaim in 1998, winning an Emmy for his work on Buffy the Vampire Slayer. Beck has composed the scores for such high-profile films as Disney's Frozen and Frozen 2, all three Hangover movies and many Marvel projects. Beck was born in 1972 in Montreal, Quebec where he started on piano around age five. By his teens, he was teaching himself how to play pop tunes and had formed his own band.
