Rauelsson, the musical alias of Raúl Pastor Medall from Spain, began his journey in Portland, OR, evolving from lo-fi folk to more experimental, layered sounds. His 2011 collaboration with Peter Broderick, RÉPLICA (Hush), marked a shift to atmospheric instrumental music, while his 2013 album VORA (Sonic Pieces) deepened his exploration of electronic and orchestral elements. Followed by MIRALL (Sonic Pieces, 2018), an energetic yet organic collection, his sound expanded into rich, textured landscapes.
