Italian teen pop singer Alessandro Casillo was born in Milan on June 15, 1996. His big break came at the age of 14 when, without his knowledge, his brother sent a demo of him singing to televised talent competition “Io Canto”. In 2011 he released his first EP Raccontami chi sei. In 2012 he won Festival di Sanremo and released his debut full-length album, E' vero. In 2014 Alessandro released his second album, #Ale, that stayed in top 10 for several weeks. In 2015 he took a temporary break from music to complete his studies and graduate.
