Memória de Peixe is a Portuguese alternative indie band from Lisbon, featuring Miguel Nicolau (guitar), Pedro Melo Alves (drums), and Filipe Louro (bass). Meaning "fish memory," it was originally based on 8-second guitar loops, a signature approach heard on their first two albums as a guitar-drums duo — "Memória de Peixe" (2012) with Nuno Oliveira and "Himiko Cloud" (2016) with Marco Franco.
