Audicid (pronounced AW-DIH-SID) is the artist name that Chris Howland first coined when he began making music as a teenager using a program called ACID. (The name Audicid is simply the words “audio” and “acid” blended together.) Although this juvenile artist name may be lesser-known, Howland can't seem to let go of his nostalgic first alias.
