A singer-songwriter and talented musician, Mark Carpio is the man behind the hit song "Hiling," "Kay Tagal," "Ako Na Lang Sana," and "Ikaw Pa Lang." Mark started writing as early as 12 years old and joined a band named “5th Legacy” when he was 14. During his college days, he became part of the band called "Midj." Thanks to these bands' activities, Mark was able to develop his skills in writing music based on his own experiences and finds inspiration from the lives of people around him.
