Singer/songwriter Tessa Joy is a soulful performer whose sound straddles the line between pop, rock, and R&B. She released her debut EP, I Am, in 2016. Born Tessa Joy Thornbrough, Tessa Joy grew in Cartersville, Georgia, where she sang and acted from a young age. As a teenager, she attended Excel Christian Academy, where she was active in sports and was inducted into the Spanish Honor Society.
