Growing up in Chicago, IL, an underrated music city, I discovered my ear for music at an early age. Then I discovered my love for MY music (hip hop). It gave me a voice, when I didn't have one, a reason for people to listen to a poor kid in the hood. It's our outlet, a stress release, a way to express ourselves on a larger scale. It's also a universal language, a way for people all over the world to communicate with one another. It's also a way to tell our stories, new and old, a journal of sorts. So this is my journal, a log of my journey....Stay tuned in!!
