The Youths were born in 2006, featuring members from the portuguese punk/hardcore scene like The Vicious Five, ZxExDx or Day Of The Dead. Their first self titled record, released by Criminal IQ (Chicago Punk Label), was reviewed by crucial fanzines like Maximum Rock’n’roll as a smart, fast and angry punk/garage rock release. Their second recorded is called “Generationless”, and reflected the band's disenchantment with Lisbon in 2007 (11 years ago).
